Memberships

Membership is the life blood of a not for profit organization. Your charitable tax-deductible contribution helps to fuel the artistic and community programs annually.

Membership benefits are available at each level including program recognition, ticket subscription discounts, first notice about events and more.

Please review the membership categories below and find a level that fits your interests. Then simply download the PDF and print it. Fill out the form indicating the level of membership and mail it with your check to the address on the form. You will receive a receipt for your donation and your gift for the level chosen, unless you opt out.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION IS LISTED BELOW

All members of Chamber Music Sedona receive:

Recognition in the season program at gift level.
Ticket discounts from 20-25% during subscription drive
CMS Decal for car, office or home

Additional benefit redemption vouchers are provided based on the following levels of giving:

*Member:*	$ 50~$ 69
*Friend:*	$ 70~$ 149 item 1 below
*Contributor:*	$ 150~$ 499 item 1 & 2 below
*Patron:*	$ 500~$ 999 items 2-4 below
*Benefactor and Met Grand Circle:*	$1000~$2499 items 2-5 below
*Directors and Met Founders Circle:*	$2500~$4999 items 2-7 below
*Stradivarius and Amadeus Society:*	$5000 & above items 2-6 and 8 below

Ticket exchange privilege as needed
Ten pack of Irv Burkee art greeting cards ($15 value)
Voucher for two reserved-seat tickets to a CMS series Concert ($80 value)
Benefactor’s fall reception

Invitation to one “meet the artist’ event
One post-concert dinner with the ensemble or artist
